"Leo J. Ryan Memorial Park encompasses 20 acres overlooking Central Lake, the largest water expanse in the lagoon system, and is home to the William E. Walker Recreation Center. Besides the wonderful waterfront setting, the Park includes an outdoor amphitheatre, sailboat tie-up facilities, an 18-station par course, boardwalk, lawn areas, and a gazebo on the lake. Sometimes you'll catch a wedding photo session going on here! There's really nice grassy areas, a built in amphitheatre and picnic tables. This is a great place for a picnic and maybe rent a peddle boat at the nearby boat park.

This park is beautiful, it sits in the heart of Foster city, and along a big lagoon. There is a outdoor amphitheatre in the park that houses free summer time concerts every year. There is several tennis court, a bocca court, a basketball court and peddle boat renting facility in the park. The only thing missing is a kids playground, thats why I gave it 4.5
