Please arrive 15 minutes early so that you may relax and facilitate the most rewarding experience. We regret that we be unable to extend the time of an appointment if you arrive late. Cancellation Policy The services you've selected are reserved especially for you with one of our professionals. A 24 hour cancellation notice is kindly requested. Cancellations of less then 8 hours will be charged 50% of service booked No shows will be charged 100% fee. Gift Certificates Gift certificates are ideal as a thank you or any occasion. They are available for all packages, individual services or any dollar amount and may be purchased online or at the spa.
