Manno's Grille

Manno's Grille at Collindale is Fort Collins' favorite for outstanding cuisine and service in a casual "country club" setting, boasting a menu that features American fare with a flare. We are open seven days a week from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Manno's also has the longest Happy Hour around…from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. we offer $2.25 drafts, wells and house wines. If you are looking for a location to have a banquet, business meeting, wedding rehearsal or special event of any kind we have a private room that seats up to 100 people. Quality will never be compromised at Manno's; we make virtually everything from scratch. Our beef is Colorado raised USDA Choice or better and aged for a minimum of 21 days. At breakfast you will find fresh homemade buttermilk pancakes, our own sausage, green chile smothered breakfast burritos or our signature Caprese Benedict. When you join us for lunch you can choose from fresh crisp salads, delicious sandwiches or our famous burgers which are 100% ground chuck, char broiled to your liking and topped creatively. Your dinner experience can be customized with our amazing steak offering. Choose your cut: Filet Mignon, NY Strip, Ribeye or Sirloin. Choose your size, any size; we hand cut all steaks to order. Then choose your preparation, house seasoning, blackened or peppered. If you like we can top your steak as well, Bordelaise, teriyaki, rosemary-Dijon demi-glace or our Hunter Sauce will finish your steak off right! After all that make sure and save room for one of our desserts and perhaps a nice Port. When you are planning an event from a business luncheon to your wedding reception we can help. Our private room is available for parties up to 100 people with your choice of buffets or plated offerings. Our banquet menus are just a starting point; our culinary team can create anything you desire.
