The Doctor Is In program will feature two expert speakers:
Dr. Benzi Kluger will discuss Common Health Issues & Parkinson’s: He will highlight common concerns and how to address them. Participants will also learn how to advocate for their health.
Erica DeMarch will discuss Functional Exercise: Meaningful Movement Improves Quality of Life. Erica will explain the different kinds of exercise and what research shows is important. She will discuss nueroplasticity and the effects it has on our brain.
