Egghead's Omelets

Great little breakfast place, always busy in tourist season, they have pagers and it's worth the wait. They have a "Wizard of OZ" theme to the restaurant that has worn well. Happy employees that do a good job and have been there forever.

English muffin piled high with spinach and grilled veggies,
smothered in the Wizards homemade Hollandaise sauce
and topped with fresh tomatoes. (No eggs).

Dorothy’s Delight
Melted cheddar cheese on an english muffin topped with
two eggs, smothered in our homemade salsa and
topped with sour cream.
