Newland Communities at Sterling on the Lake is hosting our first annual Arts Fest in the Park. The event will feature local artists including but not limited to painting, pottery, photography, and jewelry. Admission is free and parking is $5 per car. Artist demonstrations, wine tasting, musical and dance performances, food vendors and children's activities will be available throughout the day.
