Building Industry Association of Southeastern Michigan

Building Industry Association (BIA) is a trade association which represents builders, remodelers, owners, developers and suppliers to the single family and multifamily residential construction industry. BIA members number approximately 2,400 located throughout southeastern Michigan. We are affiliated with the Michigan Association of Home Builders in Lansing and the National Association of Home Builders in Washington, D.C. Across the nation, our membership includes over 220,000 individuals and companies.
