Classical guitar virtuoso Benjamin Verdery will join Maestro Stephen Simon in a program titled “A Guitarist with Pluck.” Verdery will perform two of the most beautiful concertos in the entire classical guitar repertoire, Vivaldi's Concerto in D major and Joaquin Rodrigo's Concierto de Aranjuez. The concert will open with Mozart’s Prague Symphony and close with the second of two symphonies written by the early Romantic composer Carl Maria von Weber.
