Saint Tropez Bistro

Saint Tropez Bistro Francais was opened on February 13th, 1999 by Patrick Jean and Etienne Menozzi. Patrick Jean from St. Tropez was working in numerous restaurants for eight years before moving to NY where he worked at the The Cafe de Paris and The Gascogne. He then moved to Connecticut and worked at Bistro Des Amis in Westport and soon after met Etienne Menozzi. Etienne Menozzi was originally from Corsica and moved to Montreal to participate in the World Fair in April of 1967. He lived in Canada for seventeen years before moving to the states. Etienne has forty-four years of cooking experience, including chef at "Le Chambord of Westport for eight years as well as, other restaurants in Fairfield County.
