The Lonesome Holler String Band is genre master Evan Morgan on guitar, old-time tradition guru Steve Wharton on banjos and autoharp, virtuoso extraordinaire Chris Carney on fiddle and mandolin, and stalwart stand out on stand up bass Sue Walters-and they all sing real good too. Lonesome Holler is dedicated to preserving & playing Southern rural music of the 1920s, 30s and 40s. A fine bunch of talented folks who resurrect some timeless old music that stirs the spirit and feeds the soul.
