8-Week Pre-natal Yoga Series
Pre-natal yoga helps to promote healthy circulation, muscle strengthening and toning, and balance and coordination. Each class will include a set of carefully chosen asanas (yoga postures) and breathing techniques which will support and strengthen the pregnant body and also help prepare for labor and delivery of the baby.
No yoga experience necessary.
For women starting 16 weeks of pregnancy til 40+ weeks (with Doctor’s consent)
Dress in comfortable clothing that will allow movement.
