Michael's at A Third Place Cafe and Pub

Our place is located in the beautiful little "downtown" part of Eustis in northeastern Lake County, Florida. Our building was originally Ferran's Department Store, "the" department store for the area. It was built in 1926. Now it's a well equipped modern restaurant, but the hard pine wood floors and much of the original decor of the period have been preserved. Some of the brick exterior wall is exposed on the bar side to help create a comfortable ambience. It's a pleasant place to hang out.
