Teams of students create a dish that uses local, seasonal ingredients, tastes delicious and can be served in a school cafeteria. The event has something for everyone including fun activities, mouth-watering samples, and info about Vermont’s Farm to School movement. Jr Iron Chef VT is made possible by City Market, Blodgett and many other generous sponsors.
