Barber Beast on the Bay Registration Open

Registration is now open for Barber Beast on the Bay, Erie’s inaugural ultimate fitness adventure challenge set for Saturday, September 7, 2013.

Picture an exhilarating trek through Presque Isle State Park with an obstacle course designed by John Walker,a ten-year veteran of the Navy SEALS and the owner of Executive Personal Fitness.

Barber Beast on the Bay will offer 12-mile and 6-mile course options. In addition, a corresponding event with a 1.5 mile course will also be held at Presque Isle… Show more for persons with disabilities.

In celebration of the Perry 200, many of the tests and trials will reflect those faced by the sailors and ship builders in the War of 1812. You’ll be scaling walls, racing through sand banks and diving into Lake Erie.
