Much attention has been given on the recent decision to change the geography of Erie’s Congressional District and its impact on Erie’s political future. Former Congresswoman Kathy Dahlkemper will discuss how and why such decisions are made, the dynamics of the region she represented, and her assessment of its long term influence on the Erie area’s political pattern.
