The restaurant has a look of a 1920s-era firehouse. Serving slow cooked barbecue, smoked pork, beef brisket, chicken, turkey and sausage. Side dishes include mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, sweet potato souffle, collard greens, applesauce, banana pudding, triple chocolate cake, carrot cake and seasonal fruit cobblers. There is also a full appetizer and bar menu — the restaurant has a full liquor license. Drive-through service is available, and those eating inside the restaurant can choose between full table service or a “quick-serve” line.
