KALI: GODDESS OF TRANSFORMATION

Kali represents the ability to release those aspects of self which are false and/or no longer necessary in our lives. Part I of this workshop is a discussion of this goddess, the power she represents, her creation story, her symbology and her meaning in our lives today. Part II is Yoga and intensive breathwork, opening up the area in the body where her vibration is held. Third is the chanting of the mantra's of the Devi. We chant the mantra's 108 times, followed by a deep abiding meditation.
