This two and a half hour class grants an individual with an American Heart Association certification, which is valid for two years. This training course prepares the general public who has none to minimal experience in healthcare to recognize cardiac arrest, perform CPR, use an AED, and to treat choking patients. Participants will learn how to treat adults, children, and infants and will have ample opportunity to practice with top of the line mannequins.
