Central Washington Movie Premiere of "American Meat" comes to CWU on 2/27/2013

Through the showing of this pro-farmer documentary film, the CWU Nutrition Science Club aims to educate the public about the current state of American agriculture, where our food comes from and how this relates to public health.
The panel discussion of local industry professionals plans to include CWU Kittitas County Extension Agent Tip Hudson, Kittitas County Cattleman’s Association President Sam Kayser, Super 1 Foods manager Wade Stacy, and Longhorn Cattle Company Rancher Greg Akehurst.
