Learn how to make homemade maple syrup in your own backyard! Come on out to the Elkhart Environmental Center on Sunday, February 19 from 1:30–3pm for our program on Backyard Maple Syrup. We’ll learn how to tap maple trees in our own backyards and turn the sap into sweet maple syrup! Local expert Vic Riemenschneider will be leading this family-friendly program.
