“Bad Day at Black Rock”
A 1955 thriller, “Bad Day at Black Rock,” winds up the Diversity Film Festival at Elizabethtown College on Monday, April 15. "Bad Day" demonstrates how, after the attacks on Pearl Harbor, prejudice came in all forms. These close-captioned classic films address socioeconomic stratification, race, ethnicity, gender, culture and politics. Discussion by Elizabethtown College professors follows each classic film.
