Electra Goat BBQ Cookoff and Craft Show

This is a cook-off with over $3000 in prize money. It is sanctioned by the Lone Star Barbecue Society. There are four meat categories, goat, brisket, chicken and ribs, with the top five receiving prize money. There is also jackpot steak, beans and salsa. Lots of craft booths, game booths and cow patty bingo, a dance and lots of other activities.
