Offering an atmosphere of dim lighting, leather upholstery and dark woods, Fleming's boasts a menu of four-week aged prime beef cuts from bone-in rib eye and filet mignon to New York strip. Seafood lovers can choose from variety of entrees such as lobster tails, steamed crab legs and wild Alaskan salmon. More than 100 wine selections are available by the glass, with more than 80 vintages available by the bottle.
