War and America Series: Documentary No. 1--"Why We Fight"

Friday, May 3, 2013 7:00p

The Columban Mission Center at 816 Magoffin Ave., El Paso, Texas, offers three Friday evenings for viewing of important documentaries on war and American life. How does the growing militarization of our nation affect us, especially in the Borderlands? What moral questions are raised? How can we respond? Admission is free, and discussion of each film will follow the screenings. "Why We Fight" describes the rise and maintenance of the United States military–industrial complex.
