Fitness for Seniors is a class that will work you with light weight-lifting, cardiovascular workouts, stretching, pilates and yoga. This class will be held three days a week. You will need to bring to class: a towel, comfortable clothing and shoes for exercising (hard soles and flip flops are discouraged). The Aerobics/Weights/Yoga class will use light weights, be low impact aerobic conditioning, pilates and stretching.
