In 1972, Mikado Restaurant opened as the first Japanese restaurant in Edmonton.Mikado has many customers who have continued to visit since opening in 1972.Mikado relocated in 1989, modernized the interior design & business increased.Since that time, we have strived to be "Precious moments with precious people.â€*In the spring of 2004 a second location was opened up on the Southside.Mikado has many unique qualities, such as the importing of fresh fish from Japan on weekends.Visit us to experience the food, service & atmosphere that is only available at Mikado.
