Since 1988, Vons Steakhouse & Oyster Bar has been serving Edmontonians the highest quality of beef and fish available. The rustic building located in the trendy Old Strathcona entertainment district was built in the 1930’s and features original exposed brickwork and once housed the Canada Dry bottling plant.
Vons serves Sterling Silver Beef which is the top 12% of AAA Alberta beef produced. The chefs at Vons hand cut the beef which has been aged a minimum of 21 days ensuring maximum flavour and tenderness. This dedication to quality has earned Vons several honours, including best Steaks and best Steakhouse in Edmonton. The restaurant now has four distinct areas including an oyster bar featuring only the finest in East and West coast fresh oysters shucked to order.
