Cheese Making 101
In Cheese Making 101 participants will gain hands-on-experience transforming milk into yogurt, ricotta, and Mozzarella cheese. We'll learn about techniques, cultures, materials and equipment necessary to make your own cheese at home. In this class we will use cow's milk, but we will discuss using other types of milk.
