One of America's most trailblazing bands, WILCO has won critical acclaim since its 1994 debut by mixing rock, country, and experimental influences on classic albums like "Summerteeth," "Yankee Hotel Foxtrot" and "Sky Blue Sky". Know as an incredible concert experience, WILCO's release of "Kicking Television: Live in Chicago,"was called one of twenty greatest live albums ever by Q magazine. This year was a busy year for WILCO with the release of the film "Ashes of American Flags," which captures the energy, poignancy and musicality of WILCO during the bands 2008 tour. WILCO also released their 10th album, "Wilco (the album)," this year to critical and commercial success WILCO last played MSU in 2006 as the Grand reopening event for the MSU Concert Auditorium.
