The Dancer’s Workout
This high-energy dance class includes warm-up, stretching, toning, and a thorough cardio workout.
Choreography is taught in a manner that is fun and
easy-to-learn. Each class offers choreography from multiple genres of dance, including lyrical jazz, broadway jazz, hip- hop, contemporary, and ballet.
The class culminates in a final piece at the end of the hour. Advanced Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Dancers
Drop-ins allowed ($12/class).
