Hands-on Cooking Class: Mardi Gras
Fat Tuesday! Okay...we know it's Saturday...but in preparation for Mardi Gras, we will prepare and celebrate with our culinary treats (and of course a cocktail or two! What Mardi Gras doesn't have a tasty cocktail?) The menu will including traditional Creole and Cajun food and other New Orleans inspirations!
Menu includes: Catfish Beignets; Chicken Gumbo with Dirty Rice; Shrimp Etouffe; Bread Pudding; Corn Maquechoux; King Cake.
