Encaustic and Pastels

For beginning and intermediate students. In this class, we will use both oil and dry pastels to pigment and paint with hot wax. Whether you’re interested in creating a still life, portrait, landscape or abstract piece, pastels and wax will help you achieve your personal goal. No drawing experience is necessary. Ideally, each student will have a completed and archival piece at the end of this class. Please check DAC website for additional supply list.
