For children ages 6 to 12.
This program will introduce your kids to the benefits of yoga, including body awareness, poses and breathing tools that wil help them energize and concentrate as well as increase calmness and relaxation. There will also be puppets, songs, laughter and so much fun! Facilitated by Gail Spirit Sky, Registered Yoga Teacher.
Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended. Sign up for one or more sessions. Yoga mats and blocks are provided, or you may bring your own.
