Extreme Pizza

is negative stars an option???? went here for lunch and chipped my tooth on the pizza. brought it to the managers attention and his response he, he smiled and thought it was funny and said "well i didn't make it!!!!" um its not about that!!! I asked for the owners contact info, he handed me a pen and paper to write it down. i was then going to right down my contact info in case the owner wanted to contact me, in the midst of doing this the young and very incompetent "manager" says "CAN I HAVE MY PEN BACK!?!?!?"

I was shocked, so was my coworker. How freaking rude and insensitive can he be......... considering my situation my tooth has just been broken, upper front tooth at that.

i then told him that i need to fill out a incident report. he said "WE DON'T HAVE INCIDENT REPORTS"...... i replied with "you don't have a incident report log!?!?" his response was, and i quote "you must not know my boss!!!!!" Every "professional" business establishment should have a incident log.

***stay far and clear from this place, i'd starve before i step foot back in this place. that is unless the owner wants to rectify the situation, so I thought. Rectify the situation I guess means yelling at me, telling me I'm trying to extort his company for $24.00, what a genius. I was honest in that I had my tooth fixed for free. Money is irrelevant at this point my main goal is to make sure nobody goes through what I went through with this crooked franchise!!!!
