The expansive menu features the freshest seafood from Australia’s abundant seas. Everything from oysters to blue swimmer crab, moreton bay bugs to amazing platters will tempt seafood fans.

Fish’s unique rotisserie oven towers at over 2 metres in height and cooks at a whopping 500 degrees celsius while slowly rotating to seal in the flavour and moisture of the fish while melting away the fats; resulting in a succulent fish that’s reduced in fat, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavour.

There are 2 fresh seafood tanks with live crayfish and barramundi. Not just for looks - the contents of these tanks are part of the “live seafood menu”. The kitchen area has a fresh seafood display which allows customer to select their seafood and even watch the chef’s prepare meals
