Molly Abraham: As the name indicates, the fare includes pulled pork, baby back ribs, slow-smoked chicken and sides of macaroni and cheese, potato salad, baked beans and black-eyed peas, all handled with the respect these classics deserve. Five house barbecue sauces are set on the sturdy wooden tables around the two rooms. The setting, in a handsomely rehabbed pair of 1880's buildings now joined together, features the wood reclaimed from the joists and studs of the building, rosy brick walls and an open feeling. Proprietors Phillip Cooley, Dean St. Souver and chef Brian Perrone did much of the work themselves. This is another step in the revival of the old Tiger Stadium neighborhood.
