Molly Abraham, Detroit News Restaurant Critic: Thanks mainly to the locally-owned Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse in Northville Township, diners are familiar with the Brazilian rodizio concept offered by this new restaurant in downtown Detroit's Compuware Building where an array of grilled meat from pork, lamb and Angus beef to chicken and sausage are brought to the tables on long skewers in seemingly endless supply. Accompanying the main course is an appetizer and salad array from which diners help themselves. Diners have the option of ordering just the $24.99 appetizer array and skipping the full array that includes all the meats ($39.99).
