Molly Abraham: The Riverfront Apartment complex includes this hideaway on the river, known primarily by the residents but open to all. Its third floor perch allows an unobstructed river view and a glimpse of Windsor's Riverside Drive from a room that is all windows. A sophisticated menu with some interesting Asian touches offers such dishes as herb-crusted rack of lamb, jumbo lump crab cakes and scallops atop linguine. The room is dominated by a central cocktail lounge but there are tables secluded from the bar action.
