The revival of the Hotel St. Regis in the New Center area includes its restaurant, a room that meanders along the front of the building overlooking the patio where guests may dine in suitable weather. The menu takes a Cajun/steakhouse approach, with entrees typified by Black Angus sirloin rubbed with chicory coffee and spices and baked salmon stuffed with red peppers, shrimp and crawfish.
