Make your Leap Day special and explore someplace new! Dividing Howard and Baltimore counties, Patapsco Valley State Park is an oasis in the middle of our busy metropolis. We'll hike moderately strenuous trails in the Orange Grove area of the park. Then we'll head into historic Ellicott City for lunch. Please wear sturdy walking shoes, and bring money for lunch and water for the hike.
