Fourteen different spices and Pimento wood are used for flavor and Scotch Bonnet Peppers add the fire that is Jerk. Before 11:00am the line of locals and tourist exceeds thirty minutes.
This is the place that Scott Durrah discovered his love of this country’s famous flavor and was taught the exact technique that is known by only a few.
Named Top of the Town and Best of Denver, Chef Scott has made Denver a little spicier. The creativity of island flavor meets the traditions of his Boston upbringing, igniting the fire that is 8 Rivers.
The new LoDo location boasts one of Denver’s best rum collections, the smooth sound of reggae, and his award winning Jerk Chicken.
