We cellar whites from the world's most southerly wine region of Central Otago, New Zealand to the rugged and mountainous terrain of Peloponnese, Greece. At the Cork House you will find Chardonnays, Sauvignon Blancs, and unique varietals like Moschofilero that promise an exciting adventure with every sip.

Our Reds take you from the coastal marine influences of Yolo County, California to the Alps Mountain Ranges of the Italian Piedmont region. Not only will you find Pinot Noirs, Cabernet Sauvignons, and Merlots, you will also stumble across interesting varietals such as Malbec, Petit Syrah, and Grenache.

After traveling in our eclectic wine cellar, you'll have over 200 reasons to stay for the food. The Cork House menu was born to accompany our global wine list. All of the plates are created tapas style and made-to-pair with our global wine list. We present an expanded and comprehensive collection of cheeses from all over the world. Our cheese selection garners various flavors of cow, goat, and sheeps milk.
