Yoga for Back Care
Join Craig Kurtz every Wednesday night for Yoga for the Back. This class is designed to bring balance, flexibility, and strength to the back. Sequences and poses are adapted for specific back issues, injuries and general backaches.Craig was drawn to the Iyengar discipline of yoga after a severe car accident in 1983. Iyengar Yoga helped him rehabilitate his back and manage his chronic pain. Craig has studied in Pune, India 5 times and has assisted in medical classes.
