"Agony & Ecstasy": New Artwork by Nancy Kniese
“Agony & Ecstasy” is a story of a woman’s struggle with debilitating illness and her journey of self discovery. After receiving a contaminated L-Tryptophan perscription in 1989, Nancy Kniese was faced with an unknown fate. She was 34 and had just been diagnosed with a new man-made disease capable of causing her permanent disability or death. This exhibit is a collection of beautiful abstract art representing Nancy’s pain and the path she took towards emotional, physical, and spiritual healing.
