Crossfit Women's Psychology of Eating Forum

OPENutrition is putting on a women's only forum at Crossfit Eminence on eating psychology! Come and work with OPENutrition owner and operator Heather Kelly for an afternoon on building a healthy relationship with food. We will do a presentation on what eating psychology is, and then work together to address topics around food, weight, body image, self-esteem and more. If you have anxiety around what you eat, your body, how you train, and how to take care of yourself, this event is for you!
