An unique opportunity to make sausage with one of the best butchers in town. Learn the essentials of homemade sausage making working alongside Chef Mark M DeNittis and Associate Instructor Jason Nauert. The class will provide insight and teach students about equipment, casings and ingredient ratios -- and Chef DeNittis will share several of his own personal recipes. You will make and take home 4-5lbs of sausage comprising 4 unique types/flavors.
