Stir Cooking School's Date Night: Easter Love

Cooks can enjoy a romantic Easter celebration with their significant other – and then recreate the meal on the Easter holiday for family and friends, on March 29th! The menu consists of arugula and goat cheese soufflés; pan seared seabass with a Champagne Buerre Blanc; creamy leek and potato gratin; roasted fresh pea, asparagus and wild mushrooms; and lemon ricotta tiramisu.
