Women in Design Present 8x8 lectures; Eight Speakers, Eight Minutes Each

Women in Design (WiD) presents its annual 8x8 lectures April 10th. The lectures are preceded by a networking reception at 5:30 with lectures starting at 6:30. Each of the lectures will be focused on the topic of building community. Among the confirmed speakers are Avery Bang, who, at age 27, was recently named among the Top 25 National Newsmakers by Engineering News Record for her work for Bridges to Prosperity, a non-profit that has helped build more than 100 bridges in developing countries.
