will never send my girls to denver zoo camp again

We have been members for the zoo and my three girls has participated in the zoo camps in the past two years. The mini-camps were fun for them. However, all this has changed for us. The person who co-ordinate the program was not responsive. We registered for one camp and later discover Columbus day was not day off for our school district so tried to contact them for switching to different date. They are not responsive with emails. Finally after sending them three emails, I decided to call them, left message on the voice mail twice, left the message to the front desk person, still the person who responsible for the program did not call back or email back. This is surprising to me. Finally I give up, just use the money as donation, and we will NEVER send my girls to their camp again. Look your schedule carefully as they do not allow you to switch to different dates especially if you are in different school district that has different days off. The Denver Museum of Natural and Science is a better choice, a bit more expensive but better service.
