Dharma Ocean Denver Buddhist Meditation Group

Dharma Ocean Denver is a community of meditation practitioners, and most are new to meditation so it's a great place for beginners! Sean McNamara is the meditation instructor, and he periodically teaches meditation classes and gives talks about Buddhism from the lineage he is a part of. This group also gathers for evenings of silent practice. We meet inside of Mayu Sanctuary at 1804 S. Pearl St., located on the block between Park Burger and Pajama Baking Company, on Sunday and Tuesday nights.
